Abstract:
The article gives legal analysis to the nature of non-traditional sources of the branch of the criminal-executive law. The matters at issue are Decrees and Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Enactments of the Supreme Court Plenum of the Russian Federation, legal doctrine. The author expresses the opinion that specificity of the named sources lies in the temporal character of their activity.
