Abstract:
This paper analyzes the formation and development of the institution of administrative justice, shows the main directions of administrative reforms taking place in the state life of Kazakhstan. Administrative justice is considered by the author as one of the elements of the administrative reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Studying the prerequisites for the creation of administrative justice, the author pays special attention to the judiciary, which is called to ensure the rule of law, exercise judicial control in the sphere of public administration, establish a balance of relations between public authorities and citizens.
