Abstract:
In the article the problems of logic in the land law. It justifies urgency of application of laws of formal logic in the rulemaking. Shows the social and humanistic value of land and legal logic, whose recommendations can provide invaluable assistance, both to legislators and to the General public, using the norms of the land legislation. Some examples of inconsistency of norms of the Land code of the Russian Federation the laws of formal logic and their advanced content.
