Abstract:
This article examines some issues of legislative regulation of the execution of criminal punishment, called forced labor. The authors analyzes the problems and omissions that arise in conditions, when the norms of labor legislation are applied to legal relations in the criminal-executive sphere. The need for more detailed regulation of certain provisions of the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation is noted, an author's vision of improving certain provisions of the penal enforcement legislation is proposed. The authors makes a suggestion on changing certain norms in the Penal Enforcement Code of the Russian Federation with a view to promptly influencing law enforcement practice. Conclusions and other provisions of the article can be used in educational activities as part of the training of law students and the upgrading of qualifications of judges and law enforcement officials.
