Abstract:
The article is devoted to the research of the «tree», the purposes of the Prosecutor's supervision in the structure of the purposes of the criminal procedural activities at the stage of excitation of criminal case. Produced understanding of the target organization of Prosecutor's supervision. Reconsider the role and place of the public Prosecutor-head of the organization of Prosecutor's supervision at the stage of excitation of criminal case.
