Abstract:
In the article, we used a complex scientific approach to interpret the matter of a term “an object of prosecutor’s supervision over the execution the laws by administrations of detention centers”. The author analysed texts of some statements of the European Court of Human Rights that had appealed upon complaints of people from detention centers with an aim to find the most prevailing violations of law. Purpose is closely related to removal of contradictions at the matter of an object of prosecutor’s supervision over the execution the laws by administrations of detention centers. Methodology: In the article were used retrospective, comprehensive methods and a method of analysis. Results: An author posed a problem of determination of an object and frameworks of prosecutor’s supervision over the execution the laws by administrations of detention centers. Practical implications are improvement of the efficiency of prosecutor’s supervision in this sphere of relations, that thereafter could ensure proper observance of the rights and liberties of man and citizen totally. Originality/value: Prosecutors can use the material during the supervision over that sphere of relations. Other authorities can also use it.
