Abstract:
This article is devoted to cousi devation of several possibilities of criminalistics analysis of materials of criminal case by a public prosecutor who will undertake of state accusing coming that of court. Thus attention is concentrated on the necessity of analisis and estimation of both protocols and appendixes of to them, and also conclusions of experts with the use of receptions of desigh, prognostication of situations. That can arise up in judicial investigation. Such approach is needed for development of tactics of actions of state accuser judicial investigation in the conditions of adversarial proceeding.
