Abstract:
The article presents the results of the study of the current legislation, the current enforcement practices, the organization and implementation of Prosecutor's office of the coordination activities of law enforcement bodies to combat crime. The reasons in support of the status of the military police as a law enforcement organization and subject of Prosecutor coordination of law enforcement to combat crime.
