Abstract:
In article teoretiko-application-oriented questions of production in arbitration courts according to complaints of citizens and legal entities to imperious actions of subjects of the public power are considered. As a result of the conducted research the author comes to a conclusion that for the purpose of establishment of uniformity in implementation of administrative legal proceedings in courts of law and in arbitration courts it is obviously necessary to extend operation of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation and to the procedural relations arising in case of permission of judicial administrative cases by arbitration courts taking into account features of the actual and legal maintenance of the these cases.
