Held the last ten years, judicial reform clearly shows the desire of the legislator to create the most comfortable for the citizens and entrepreneurs judicial system that provides not only the adoption of laws and informed decisions, and quickly resolving litigation arising. Given the particular importance of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the field of public relations, judicial review of executive and administrative management bodies is of particular importance. The adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure could not eliminate all the contradictions arising from the procedural forms of protection of subjective rights and legitimate interests of organizations and individual entrepreneurs. The lack of a systematic approach to improve the mechanism for monitoring compliance with the law enforcement authorities raises many conflicts and legal uncertainty. In connection with this undoubted practical interest is the foreign experience of the organization of administrative justice. Adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation led to a lively discussion on the legality of certain state bodies for the control systems. In this connection it is of interest the system of administrative justice in France. This article discusses the structural organization of French administrative justice, the competence of bodies. Analyzes the main problems and ways to improve the system of administrative justice in France. We use materials and statistics Court of Cassation, France's State Council.
