Abstract:

The article analyzes the procedure of financial disputes resolution in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the order of applying for arbitration and arbitration procedure. The author researches different definitions, including financial dispute, and the composition of the arbitral tribunal, including the process of proving and submission evidences, the procedure of dispute resolution and signing an award.
