Abstract:
The article is devoted to consideration of the Procedure for handling appeals of citizens to the FCS of Russia and customs bodies of the Russian Federation, approved by order of FTS of Russia dated 30 June 2014 № 1240. The number of ways of improving the work with written references of citizens the author of stand out: the specification of the scope of the Order; the specification and clarification of terms of execution of administrative procedures for work with citizens ' appeals; streamlining, detailing administrative procedures and administrative actions of customs bodies (officials) on work with references of citizens.
