Abstract:
Development of market relations gave birth to the appearance of a great number of people engaged in business activities and hiring employees. That is why the analysis of labor legislation, regulating the procedure of making a labor contract with self-employed businessmen is a pressing issue of both theoretical and practical importance. The article describes the meaning of the term “employer - self-employed businessman” and provides the analysis of peculiarities of making a labor contract with self-employed businessmen. Special attention is given to the contents of labor contract which includes all significant conditions put forward by contracting parties. Comparative analysis of labor legislation made it possible to reveal peculiarities of making a labor contract with self-employed businessmen, to account for the necessity of contracting parties forming in detail all the conditions essential for them with respect to type of work and working conditions, it will help to avoid disputes in future
