Abstract:
The article is dedicated to overtimework and its legal regulation. The author emphasizes that the apparent shortcomings definition of overtime given in Part 1 of st.99 LC AR are, firstly, a very narrow interpretation as the only processing over the duration of the working day; secondly, to work only at the employee's function, which is inconsistent with Part 2 st.99 TC AR. Do not sign this agreement and the definition of overtime (Part 1 st.99 LC AR) as the consent of the employee, because of extraordinary circumstances dictate swift and extraordinary action on the part of the employer and by the employee, so this rule should be mandatory.
