Abstract:
In this article the author examines the classification of workers’ remittances, depending on the subjects of the initiative. The classification of the translation initiative of subjects. The analysis of the transfer bases of different categories of workers to other jobs, different scientific perspectives. Considers legal safeguards employees in the translation. Analyzes the gaps in labor legislation, draws conclusions and provides suggestions for change. This article is intended for lawyers, heads of organizations, legislators of the Russian Federation, law faculties and universities.
