ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL FEATURES OF FUNCTIONING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ANTI-CORRUPTION MONITORING IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EAEU

The Article is devoted to administrative legal features of the procedure of anti-corruption monitoring in the framework of the EAEU. In his work the author comes to the conclusion that as a form of legal monitoring anti-corruption monitoring is defined in the law of the Union are not only the most important type of verification activities in the field of implementation by member States of relevant international obligations, but also an important technology for integration management in various fields and areas. Anti-corruption monitoring is a form of legal monitoring presented in the EAEU Treaty provisions on monitoring and control of implementation of international treaties within the Union law, monitoring the procedure of regulatory impact assessment, monitoring of the implementation by member States of the Commission's decisions.
