Abstract:

In process conducted analysis of subjects, in regard to that a public prosecutor takes away warning about impermissibility of breach of law from position of the Federal law from 17.01.1992 № 2202-1 «About the office of public prosecutor of Russian Federation» and Federal law from 25.07.2002 № 114-ФЗ «About counteraction of extremist activity».
