Some features of the USA State Courts in the framework of the concept of American federalism

Abstract:
The article deals with some aspects of building judicial system states of the USA and the characteristics of their activities. Special attention is given to the basic principles of construction of the judicial system of the USA and their implementation at the state level. Showed similar for all states of the USA features and regularities of formation and functioning of judicial systems. Examples from American practice formulated conclusions about the effectiveness of the organic nature and states of the USA for the existence of the judicial system, constructed in accordance with the principles of the concept of American federalism: the parallel operation of the federal judiciary and the judicial system states. At the head of the judicial system of the United States Supreme Court of the United States is worth that cannot revise the decisions taken by the state courts, if the solution to the dispute did not concern specifically assigned federal issues. Another important feature of the judicial system of the United States lies in the specialization of courts, which helps to improve the quality of justice.
