Abstract:
Free access to justice is one of the basic human rights guaranteed by the European Convention of Human Rights. The article provides a comparative analysis of access to justice in the countries of the former Soviet Union. Despite the relatively short history of independence of the former Soviet republics in many respects the issue of access to justice in these countries resolved differently.
