Abstract:
The article is devoted to the interrelation the definitions as judicial power, judicial system, judicial systems model. It defines the essence of the judicial system and the types of the typology of judicial systems The focus is the leading position of the Anglo-Saxon and Romano-Germanic models of judicial systems in the modern world.
