Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the archival materials in the Central State Archives of the Republic of Mordovia concerning the activities of the Supreme Court of the Mordovian ASSR in 1948, since there is still no comprehensive research on the study and analysis of the activities of the Supreme Court of the Sea of the Mordovia after the First World War. The article is an attempt to eliminate this gap. The main methods used in the study were historical, comparative-legal, system-structural, analysis of archival documents, etc. In the article, for the first time on the basis of archival materials, the activity of the Supreme Court of the Mordovian ASSR in 1948 is analyzed. The conclusions made in the article have theoretical and practical significance, are interesting for students and teachers of higher educational institutions when studying courses History of the State and Law of Russia and the Organization of the Judiciary, as well as for the judiciary community.
