Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of distinguishing the judiciary and purely criminal procedural principles of criminal justice in Russia. The author concludes that the reform of the criminal proceedings should identify initial formative principles on the basis of which the whole should be organized the reformed criminal procedure, and then the regulatory fix this or that system of principles, according to which should be given activities at all stages and phases of the chosen form of the process.
