The good grounding of the specialists in mediation sphere direct acts on the popularity of this procedure among people. Importance of mediation spreading is declared with an opportunity of the court system optimization, down of social unrest, connected with the different disputes and also get a new step to civilization way of solving the dispute reasons. For achieving of the mediation goals and tasks, it should be determined special methods, which will use in this action. As it’s said the success base of qualify work of specialists is brilliant education. It’s important to realize that education level is shown not just with setting information volume, but with compotation of sciences, which are taught to students. Discussion about mediation connection with jurisprudence and psychology is opened, cause of the education program of mediation is just recommended to education institutions. In the research article reviews actual Russian legal base, regulating mediation process of education and present projects of modification legal base, concerning training of mediation specialists.
