Abstract:
The present article is devoted to a research of communicative qualities of staff of bodies of the internal affairs playing a significant role in their professional activity. It is noted that formation of skills of communication at this category is carried out by means of educational activity. As a result of the carried-out analysis the author has drawn a conclusion on significant influence of psychology and the culture of communication on formation and development of law enforcement officers and also on their competence.
