Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of approaches to optimize the implementation of innovative projects in high-tech industries based on a consideration of mathematical interpretation of innovative processes that make up the project, the following potential areas of optimization: time, cost, marketability, or a combination of these parameters. The author considers the representation of innovative project as a set of sequences of actions carriers of competencies to achieve the targets of the project, in conditions of availability of alternatives in terms of the project, based on graph theory with the involvement of existing search algorithms for the shortest path in the graph. The constructed mathematical models to optimize the implementation of innovative projects can be used to make information and analytical decision support systems in the field of innovation management in knowledge-intensive industries.
