Abstract:
The article is devoted to judicial linguistic expert opinion as part of judicial technique. The detailed analysis of judicial linguistic expert opinion is of great current interest. The novelty of the article is that a particular emphasis is laid on solving judicial linguistic expert opinion issues through judicial technique. Attention is drawn to terminology classification as elements of judicial technique. The article may be used as the theoretical material to enrich the knowledge in judicial linguistic expert opinion sphere. The practical value of the article is in solving questions when judicial linguistic expert opinion becomes a necessity. Lawyers and linguists may really benefit from the article.
