ABOUT ACTIVITY OF THE NON-STATE JUDICIAL AND EXPERT ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Objective - Some problems of nongovernmental forensic organizations suggest ways to improve the legislation on forensic activities in the Russian Federation, provides definitions of some key concepts of forensic activities. Model - The methodological basis of the work amounted to general scientific, chastnonauchnogo and special methods of cognition, including dialectical, systematic, integrated and systematic structural methods, comparative legal and statistical analysis. Conclusions - Questions opportunities of non-state forensic organizations in the proceedings - is pressing issues in the administration of justice, respect for the rights and interests of citizens, organizations and the state. Scope of the inquiry / opportunity to further use the results of scientific work-Tats - the paper can serve as a basis for further scientific development of the identified problems. Practical value - Individual findings of work can be taken into account in the law-making and law enforcement in the field of forensics, as well as in scientific research and educational process. Social consequences - Implementation proposals submitted in will allow correct forensic activities, improve the quality of forensic examinations and proceedings as a whole. Originality / value - The paper presents updated definitions and new provisions forensic activities that will be useful to employees forensic, investigative and other services, law enforcement agencies, to the faculty of law schools, students, students, graduate students and adjuncts.
