Abstract:
The article examines the legal effects of conveyancing land to the use in Middle Ages English Law; describes the doctrine of duality of land ownership appeared as a consequence of use evolution. The main benefits for the land owners which arose after conveyancing land to the use are also touched upon with particular reference to XVth century.
