Abstract:
Analysis of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation shows the number of gaps reducing its effectiveness in combating such socially dangerous criminal phenomenon as corruption. The article reflected the most sharp issues of criminal responsibility for corruption crimes (the subject of crime, the offer and the promise of a bribe, the responsibility of the beneficiary, the subject of bribetaking), and ways to solve them.
