Abstract:
Objectives: With reference to law enforcement officers, professional deformation is the result of distortion of professional and personal qualities of an employee of the law enforcement agency under the influence of negative factors of activity and the environment. Model and methods - The questions touched upon in work with confidence can be referred to as multidisciplinary, as they affect political structures, social phenomena, organizational and ideological resources, integrative processes and worldviews. Conclusions and results - Employees of practically all divisions of the internal affairs bodies are subject to professional deformation: criminal investigation, investigation, corrective labor institutions, etc. Regularly meeting with the underworld, with various kinds of crimes - murders, robberies, thefts, rape, a police officer should always Remain a man faithful to the principles of universal morality. But this is not always possible. Sooner or later a specialist gets used to the peculiarities of work, sometimes becomes indifferent, or, on the contrary, he develops intolerance, irritability, unjustified cruelty. The professional seems to be deformed, deviating from the requirements that are presented to the specialist.
