To a question about the kinds of subjects and combating crimes investigation

Task. In activity of the subject of investigation there are a lot of problems which it faces as a result of detection, withdrawal, fixing and use of proofs. One of them is rendering counteraction to investigation of crimes. In this article an attempt to generalize knowledge and experience of previous experts in this area was made. Model. Basis of formation of this article is the carried-out comparative analysis of opinions of different authors. Conclusions. This subject is widely discussed by experts of various legal disciplines, and has rather powerful value in investigative practice. Practical application. Competent and correct actions of subjects of investigation on identification and counteraction neutralization entirely depend on level of awareness of the official general provisions of possible counteraction. Originality. This article has useful information, first of all, for subjects of investigation, those in our country are investigators and investigators. Also, information provided in this article, can seem interesting, to heads of data of bodies.
