Abstract:
The problem of overcoming of legal nihilism should be considered in a new way. This paper examines the role of the Supreme courts of the Russian Federation in mobilization activities in the field of law and draws conclusions about the additions procedure law and its judicial interpretations of the new function - that of overcoming legal nihilism at the heart of which lies the concept of the “mobilization of law”.
