Abstract:
The article considers the modern possibilities of inclusion in the system of mandatory biometric registration in Russia provide scientific evidence based on images of the iris of the eye. The iris of the human eye has an objective and stable identification complex, which includes the configuration, arrangement and size of the individual elements trabecul and lacunae. Currently, there are all scientific, methodological and technical conditions for the implementation of the issuance of documents, including information about the image of the iris, which will significantly increase the efficiency of human identification.
