Abstract:
The article considers the issues of provocation of a bribe, recommendations for the identification of crimes under article 304 of the criminal code, as well as other inflammatory-provocative actions on the part of law enforcement officers and persons assisting them, reflects the conditions of the rule of law when carrying out operational experiment.
