Abstract:
Objective: This article seeks to examine the features of interrogation tactics various parties to the proceedings before the presentation for identification. Model: An analysis of the general theory and investigative practices studied, the specificity of interrogation tactics such participants in criminal proceedings as a witness, victim, suspect, accused. Particular attention is paid to the psychological component of interrogation, as well as the choice of tactics, depending on the procedural status of the interrogated. Conclusion: Based on this, it is concluded that the preparation and conduct of the interrogation is necessary to consider the position of the person being questioned, his psychological condition and other features of the investigated case. Value: The publication is intended for practitioners in the preliminary investigation, teachers and students at law schools.
