Abstract:
The key performance indicator of the national economy is the level of productivity, in this regard, Russian President Vladimir Putin has formulated a clear mission - «labor productivity in Russia should grow by 5-6% per year - two times faster than now». One of the main tools to achieve this task is to increase the motivation of staff. In this article the technique of an estimation of efficiency of the personnel at the enterprises of rocket and space industry (RKO), based on the indicators of labor when the performance of individual scientific research linking the ultimate objectives of the enterprise with the performance of employees. The proposed algorithm estimates the staff has applied character and can be used in the formation of the system of motivation of personnel for high-tech enterprises, RKO.
