Abstract:
Objective: to set out the authors` vision at the space-rocket industry mission at the current stage of scientific and technological development and relevant industrial strategic objectives and problems to be addressed. Research field: space-rocket industry of the Russian Federation, specifics of rocket-space industry enterprises. Conclusions: space industry mission and its strategic goals and objectives were reviewed; primary task was defined - providing the industry with qualified personnel, including managers. Practical value: principle of staff selection for senior positions in space and rocket industry was proposed.
