Abstract:
The success of the industry and businesses largely depends on the ability to adapt quickly to changes and growing demands of the external environment. For the planning and successful implementation of its activities is not enough old management methods. This explains the emergence and widespread in recent times, a new, but proven, methods of control. To new effective methods of control is certainly true of project management.
