Abstract:
The article is focused on the multilevel system of training programs evaluation. Special emphasis is on the return investments analysis, as this indicator provides to define cost-efficiency. Training programs becomes increasingly important for companies in conditions of the strong competition and difficult economic situation. Materials and methods: In this article scientific literature and studies about training programs thematic has been analyzed and systematized. The empiric basis is presented by Donald Kirkpatrick, Jack Phillips, George T. Meek research. Conclusion: The author has described the multilevel system of training programs evaluation. The four phases which are included in analysis of return of investments is fully developed. The procedure for each phases is also described. The formula of ROI calculation was proposed. Results: The results of investigation have practical significance for companies which plan to implement the training programs. Based on described system top-managers and HR specialists have possibility to work out the internal system of programs results evaluation.
