Abstract:
The article examines the institutional and legal features of law enforcement MIA of Russia in the sphere of migration security. According to the author, in connection with the return of the function to ensure the safety of the migration in the Russian Interior Ministry demanded a systematic approach in this area, which will increase the efficiency of migration security.
