Abstract:
The article deals with the functioning of the virtual enterprise and its role in optimizing the management of staff, on the example of Roscosmos . In particular, it focuses on the management of virtual enterprises Roscosmos, the function to determine project requirements , recruitment and distribution of performers. Characteristic of such enterprises is that the partnership is for a fixed period and allows you to put into practice a remote time employees. The author proposes the introduction of virtual enterprises not only in enterprises of the RCP , but also in other structures . This article is intended for graduate students , undergraduates, students and people interested in human resource management.
