Abstract:
In article strategy of development of the enterprises in the conditions of formation of effective national innovative system is considered. The main factor of the transformational transformations happening thus in the external and internal environment of the enterprises is formation in the country of innovative partnership of the state, the enterprises, science and the society providing reproduction of the human capital, natural and resource base and safety of the country.
