Abstract:
In the current article it is designated that one of the main measure to increase effectiveness of housing-and-municipal objects' management is the state and private partnership. Proposals of the adoption of state-private partnership's law concerning housing and communal services have been made. The structure of this law has been developed. And also the key necessary features are designated in the law.
