Abstract:
The article analyzes the current approaches to decision-making based on the assessment of investment prospects of enterprises, taking into account the fact that the criteria for justification of investments may be different depending on the source and purpose of the investment. The authors consider investment prospect as a scenario or set of scenarios that represent the results that might be achieved when investment is received. The authors investigate the methods of assessment of the company investment potential and propose various groups of evaluation factors, and also they examine the difficulty of the investment prospects assessment of the knowledge-intensive industry enterprises. In conclusion, the authors propose approaches to the investment prospects assessment, which are formalized assessment of enterprises internal and external activities.
