Abstract:
In article features of realization of the project of reforming of small enterprise are considered. It is noticed that in the conditions of crisis of activity of the enterprise from its management carrying out of partial updating or full change of operating technology of a control system is required. It is said that the project of reforming of the enterprise of small-scale business can be realized in the form of several variants: merge, joining, division, transformation. In a methodical context the project of reforming of the enterprise of small-scale business is understood in article, as the ordered set of methods and the methods allowing appreciably to improve key indicators of activity of small enterprise. The reforming project is based on certain principles of management which are applied in the course of small-scale business expansion, in process creation of the new enterprises, together with in other industrial projects. The conclusion becomes that the project of reforming of the enterprise of small-scale business is positioned as an important direction of economic activities concerning realization of intrafirm changes and acts as effective range for carrying out of actions of reforming.
