Abstract:

The article examines the organizational and legal aspects of consulting support for small businesses in rural areas. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal framework of consulting activities in the Russian Federation, also held the genesis of the definition "Consulting Services". The practical significance of the study is determined by the classification proposed by the author degree of legal support of small businesses in rural areas
