PROBLEMS OF MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS OF REFORMING OF THE ENTERPRISES OF SMALL-SCALE BUSINESS

A task. In the economic literature it is accepted to allocate following kinds of projects: scientific, industrial, building, technical, financial. From the point of view of the size of the project there can be small, average or megaprojects on development of the enterprises of small-scale business. There is a problem of the organization of efficient control the project of reforming of the enterprise of small-scale business in various spheres of administrative activity, such as planning, the organization and control over process of realization of the project of reforming. Model. In article the analysis of certain features of realization of projects for the small-scale business enterprises is carried out. Within the limits of the further research of activity of small enterprises the problem field in which frameworks the Russian enterprises of small-scale business function during realization of projects on reforming and development of own economic activities is allocated. Conclusions. In the work conclusion it is noticed that achievement of success of the project of reforming of small enterprise directly depends on system effectiveness of design management. The key precondition of high efficiency of the project of reforming is interaction and mutual understanding maintenance between the initiator and the manager occupied with the project of reforming. Within the limits of process of realization of the project of reforming formation of special structure, namely group of management of the reforming project is expedient. Scope of the research / the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work. Results of the executed research can be used by the further working out of management methods by the project of reforming of small enterprise. Practical significance. Conclusions of the spent analysis can be used management of small enterprises for support of acceptance of administrative decisions. Originality/value. The executed research contains an increment of scientific knowledge in sphere of development of design management.
