Abstract:
Based on the principles of unity and centralization, the prosecutor's office, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, forms a single and centralized system under the Attorney General, which certainly simplifies the study of its legal status and, at the same time, facilitates a deeper legal analysis of this body in in whole - in the whole aggregate of state bodies and institutions. The principle of unity allows to organize and build all the prosecutor's offices in strict compliance with the basic constitutional framework, which allows its employees to carry out similar activities and use similar methods of responding to violations of the law in the process of their functions, while having practically the same rights and obligations in to persons who are not related to the system of prosecution authorities. The effectiveness of the principle of unity in the activities of the Russian Prosecutor's Office, of course, depends on a clear and correct definition of the concept of its status in the legal system of the Russian Federation.
