Abstract:
There is submitted in this work the author's analysis of provisions of the Russian legislation regulating interaction of local governments and prosecutor's office; the conclusion is drawn on opportunity and need of their interaction; the concept of the organization of such interaction in which basis coordination and the state control are put is offered.
