Abstract:
The prospects of using the ordered set of cases of judgments to the disfavor of public bodies involved in state contracts to prevent their budget extra expenses is conducted in this study. The legal regulation of public contracts is analyzed to find the ways of improving the efficiency of public spending regarding the contract system functioning in Russian Federation. In this study. The estimation of budget expenses is made for separate public bodies and their court activities due to the references of their public contracts resulted in suits against them satisfied by courts’ decisions. The suggestions are made based on the conducted analyzes of the ordered set of cases about how the public bodies may increase the efficiency of their contracts not allowing budget expenses to rise. The implementation of this study may result in rising the level of the efficiency public expenditure and the prevention of insufficient budget revenues or excessive budget expenditure that’s not in the best interests of meeting the public bodies goals.
